When I purchased my first boat, I did everything wrong that one could do! That mistake cost me a lot of money and time. When I was ready for me next buy up (which is what boat owners do) I saw a boat on POP Yachts web site, I called the broker and left a message. Within the hour I received a call back. When POP Yachts Broker, Scott Wild called me back he was very thorough with getting the specifics of what I was looking for and set up an appointment that was convenient for my schedule to see the boat. I did not buy that particular boat but, over the following months, Scott sent me links from the POP Yachts listings for the boats that matched my interest. When I finally decided on a boat, I met with the owner, we agreed on a pre-survey/pre-sea trial price. I was sent a list of accredited Marine Surveyors to choose from, a sea-trial was scheduled. Upon the completion of the survey and sea-trial, the seller and I mutually agreed on a price of the boat. Then I was introduced to the staff in Sarasota, Florida; Lauren, the Closing Coordinator was thorough in guiding me through the wires and necessary documents; the Finance department was timely with their information, the Customer Service manager checked in with me to make sure all was going well. So, I guess the bottom line for me was that my experience with POP Yachts was outstanding; from the beginning and working with Scott to completing all the paperwork with Lauren I give POP Yachts an A+ in customer service.
