I came across a boat style that I new I wanted and was able to locate it through P.O.P. Yachts. The process started with asking the representative a question about it and ended with a confirmation of Congratulations, you are the owner of the boat you wanted. From start to finish, the lines of communication were open and easily accessible at anytime of the day to the representative. Every question/concern I had was answered. It was a quick process with no stone left unturned and never once felt uniformed about the process of buying my boat. I would no doubt recommend P.O.P yachts to any prospective boat buyer and when it is time to upgrade the boat I just bought to a newer version, P.O.P. Yachts will be the team I call.
