I happend to inadvertently come across the PopYhacts online one day while looking for a second newer boat. Initially, when I first came across the site, I was skeptical, mainly due to the large number of scam sites onlone. After crusing through the site for a hour or so, I was surprised to see the level of detail provided for each vessel for sale. Additionally, I noticed that every item was associated with a sales agent and a contact number.

My first attempt in contacting Paul (the agent representing the first boat I was interested in) was successful. This surprised me, since it was an early Sunday morning. Paul was extremely patient and helpful in explaining his role in matching vessels with potential buyers, and in no way pressured me to make any quick decision. He spent a lot (and I mean a LOT) of time explaining the various features of the vessels he represented.

After the first call, I went back to the website to review the specific items under Paul's representation.

A few days later, I contacted Paul to let him know that I wasn't interested in placing a bid on the boats listed under his direct listings. However, I did let him know what type of boat I wanted alomg with a number of other specifics. He was understanding and ensured me that he would continue to locate items I may be interested in.

A weeek later I received an email from Paul with a listing exactly matching what I was looking for.

The bidding and purchasing process with Pop was very simple. Everyone involved was very helpful and responsive.

I have to also give a lot of credit to the closing agent Heather who was very helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process.

In conclusion, I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a boat, (especially first time buyer's) to contact PopYachts. They will ensure your experience is plesant, and you will have the onfidence that your item will be in the exact condition as stated well before your purchase.
