When a buyer was found, it went as smooth as silk.
I was having very little luck with my boat listing on Craigslist. Mike Hatcher of POP Yachts contacted me to see if I was interested in listing with them. He took photos, placed the ad and sold my boat. The closing was quick and easy and the next thing I knew, the money was in my bank. Thanks to Mike for the sale and thanks to Manny for the smooth and quick closing.
