Efficient and successful
I initially listed my sailboat on Craig's list, but I was pessimistic. Consequently, I was pleased and receptive when a rep from POP Yachts contacted me after seeing my ad. The process was efficient from start to finish. In my layman's opinion, the listing and the purchase/sale contracts were well constructed, both for the buyer and seller. In the end only one person went so far as to view the boat. The broker was very responsive both to this potential buyer and to me. All the paperwork was handled over the internet, which I regard as a major plus.
