I'm about as a meticulous and impatient consumer as you get, so it takes great performance to get the rating I would give. My rep Jason Cox was as good as they get. He was polite, professional, very responsive and was pro-active in helping me manage a quick purchase. The seller rep Claude Taylor was equally so on all counts as well as very resourceful in answering technical questions during the test run and inspection. Ordinarily you would want to just deal with the seller directly, but they trimmed down the process as best as possible to not impede progress. They ultimately did everything I asked, efficiently and promptly and added value to the sale. I was skeptical having to deal with going through a broker on a small vessel sale but I have to give them credit for running a pretty tight ship!
